Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1

HANOI – PU LUONG (L - D)

Caving Adventure | Scenic Rice Fields
07:00 – Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Scenic 4-hour drive to Pu Luong.
10:00 – Short rest stop en route.
12:00 – Arrive at Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Lunch at a local restaurant. Check-in and relax (standard check-in: 14:00).
13:30 – Begin a 10km off-road trek (Difficulty: 4/5).
Hike through streams and hills to explore Kho Muong – a secluded valley village home to the largest cave in Pu Luong. Continue to Bang Village, with its remote stilt houses and stunning terraced fields.
17:00 – Return to your hotel.
Evening: Optional cooking class. Dinner at 19:00, followed by free time to unwind.

DAY 2

PU LUONG (B - L - D)

Enchanting 19km Off-Road Trek | Waterfalls | Thai Culture
09:00 – Meet your local guide and start the day with a 5km hike through Don, Quan, and Uoi villages — lesser-known gems with spectacular rice terraces and peaceful charm.
Continue to Lan Village, where traditional Thai weaving lives on. Observe the intricate handmade process and rural life in its purest form.
Trek another 3km to Long Village and visit a local duck farm raising Co Lung ducks — a regional delicacy with official GI status.
Lunch: Refresh at Hieu Waterfall and enjoy lunch beside the cascading stream.
Afternoon: Swim and explore the largest waterfall in Pu Luong, then trek through the upper village and descend to the main road.
Cycling option available (if pre-booked) for the return route.
16:30 – Return to the hotel.
Evening: Herbal foot soak, happy hour, and dinner at 19:00. Enjoy the rest of your evening at leisure.

DAY 3

PU LUONG – HANOI (B - L)

Village Life | Water Wheels | Bamboo Rafting
07:00 – Breakfast and check-out prep.
08:45 – 2.5km walk from Ban Cong across a suspension bridge to a charming riverside village. Admire rice fields, local life, and giant water wheels (Difficulty: 2/5).
09:30 – Bamboo rafting on the stream with locals — a fun and unique experience.
10:00 – Land on the other side and trek another 2km through scenic farmland to complete the loop.
11:30 – Return to hotel, check out, and enjoy lunch.
13:00 – Depart for Hanoi. Expected arrival at your hotel around 18:30 (traffic permitting). Tour ends.
