Joy and her team at Vietnam Discovery was spectacular. I had no idea it was possible to plan our entire trip with Vietnam Discovery through WhatsApp while in Canada. Engaged them for our packed 8D7N Hanoi – Ha Long – Danang – Hoi An – Mui Ne – HCMC trip. And we only confirmed the itinerary like 2 days before the trip itself. But the coordinator (Ms Joy Vu) was so patient in making sure everything was well coordinated. She always checks in on us to make sure things go according to plan. Me and my wife visited Hanoi in end July and used Vietnam Discovery Travel to plan out our entire trip. They arranged everything efficiently and accurately, from airport pickup and all transport requirements, hotel booking, booking Halong bay Cruise and arranging a great tour guide. Also they arranged visa approval for us and if you use the fast track service, it will be very easy at the airport as all will be taken care of as you arrive. Highly recommend to use this company and special mention to Jessica and Leo for taking care of us. Also the guide Tommy is one of the best.
