Then, the local host will guide you through must-visit sites to sample the most popular street foods in Hanoi and Vietnam as well, namely Bun Cha (grilled pork patties with noodles), Crab noodles, Pho (beef Noodle soup), pork porridge, and Banh xeo (savory Vietnamese pancakes). Next, you will dig deeper into lesser-known dishes, such as golden pillow cakes, grilled quail, eel noodle, snails and shrimp cake.
