Hanna Tran Hanna Tran | Updated October 16, 2026

Bánh mì nướng bơ tỏi, grilled bread with butter and garlic, is one of my mom’s favourite ways to use bread. She usually makes it from the leftover bread nobody ate and turns it into a new dish. She always told me that many poor people still don’t have enough to eat, so we should learn to use our food well.
