Bắp bò luộc gừng sả is beef thigh (bắp bò) rubbed with garlic and lemongrass, tied up and left to marinate overnight, then simmered in water with ginger and bruised lemongrass. Skim off the scum from the surface every so often. Season the pot with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Test the beef by pushing a chopstick into it. When it’s as tender as you like, turn off the heat. Let the beef cool down, then slice it thinly. 3. Prepare the vegetables and serve Wash all the vegetables well in water with a little salt and leave them to drain. Arrange the sliced beef on a plate with the vegetables and vermicelli. To eat, lay a rice paper on your plate, add beef, vermicelli and vegetables, and roll it up. Dip it in the sweet and sour sauce. Cucumber and pineapple are good additions to the roll if you like them. Share:
