Bac Ha is known as the largest and most colourful market in the area and attracts throngs of villagers from the surrounding hill tribes. The journey is then continued by taking you to Sapa town which is famous for both its fine, rugged scenery and also its rich cultural diversity. Sapa is an incredibly picturesque town that attracts you indeed. Highlights Experiencing the culture atmosphere of colorful Bac Ha Market. Meeting friendly people, beholding beautiful handmade products, and buying some as souvenirs. Detailed Itinerary Night 1 Hanoi – Night bus to Sapa (-/-/-) 21:30 – 22:00: Be ready at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street, check in the bus to transfer to Sapa. Overnight on the bus Day 01 Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van - B, L, D 04:30 – 05:00 Pick up at bus transfer to Golden Villa Sapa for breakfast.Trekking distance: 12 km08:00 We start our trek down to Y Linh Ho, a village inhabited by the Hmong minority. This is a great opportunity to take photographs of hereditary terraces that are estimated around 100 years old. From Y Linh Ho we will make our way to Lao Chai village where you will visit the Hmong home town. Stop in Lao Chai for lunch break around 1 hour.You will then continue to Ta Van, an established Hmong and Giay village. This group traditionally fished for a living and as a result established themselves close to rivers. They have mastered the art of fishing with bamboo sticks, and cook the fish inside bamboo. Nowadays however you are more likely to see the Giay working in fields planting or harvesting rice. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.Home-stay at the Dzay local house.Day 02:Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa - B,L,DBreakfast before start tour with 14 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get the Car to return to Sapa.Overnight at hotel in Sapa. This every-Sunday-market attended by at least 8 ethnic groups and last from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. It is also chance for tourists to discover the H’mong King’s palace (old building built by the French & Chinese).In the afternoon, we go for a light trek to visit Ban Pho, the village is home to flower H’mong minority. We are invited to enter several local houses to have some green tea, corn wine, listen to the host talking about their family, talk to them… and then enjoy landscapes on a roundabout way to Bac Ha for get back to Lao Cai to catch the train to Hanoi.End of service.
