Detailed Itinerary Day 1 Pick up - Get on train tour - check in (-/L/D) You will be picked up by Mekong Ecolodge boat at Cai Be pierThen, stop at Cai Be Floating Market and Coom candy craft village where you can see how candy nuggets are made and try yourself freshly baked nuggets.Stop at a bee farm to learn about honey production, then enjoy honey tea.Visit Tan Phong island to experience garden tourism and witness local fruit gardensTake part in a garden folk music exchange with local artistsAfter the music exchange, you will sail in a dinghy through a small canal to Mekong Ecolodge. Here you will check in, have lunch and take a rest.Explore Mekong Ecolodge campus, there you will pick and eat fruits for free and enjoy beautiful flower gardens. In the afternoon, you will participate in slapping the ditch to catch fish and get veggies from the garden for dinner.Along with the Chef of Mekong Ecolodge, you will prepare for the dinner using what you catch. Day 2 Communicate and exchange with locals on Tan Phong island At 8 am, you will receive a bike to start your journey to discover and take part in activities with locals here.Visit Sister 3’s house and see how to make paper rolls.Go to Aunt 4’s house and see the process of knitting a hammock with banana rope.
