There is no concrete road inside the forest but only dirt roads, so the only means of transport you can choose is a manual transmission motorbike.

From Dalat city, you follow Ankroet Road, then turn to DT 722 and continue going to the north. After a 22-kilometer way from Dalat City, you will reach Cu Lan Village, a famous eco-tourism destination in Dalat. Passing the gate of Cu Lan Village and two curves, you can see a rocky hillside. Continuing to go about 1 kilometer, you will reach a crossroad. Turn left until you see another intersection. There you turn right, go 5 more meters then turn left and go downhill. After the slope, you can see a wooden bridge crossing a small river. Passing the bridge then follow the dirt road until you reach a crystal lake. Tuyet Tinh Coc is right in front of your eyes.

Tuyet Tinh Coc is like a present for tourists after getting over a challenging road. However, if you are not confident about your ability, you can hire a jeep to reach Tuyet Tinh Coc with the price 150,000 VND.

The average time to go from Dalat to Tuyet Tinh Coc is about 2 hours.

V. Extra Tips

• The best time to visit Tuyet Tinh Coc is from November to June, on sunny days. You should avoid going on rainy days.
• Finding the right way to Tuyet Tinh Coc is quite challenging, so you should travel in a group with a tour guide, or hire a jeep to ensure your safety.
• You should depart in the morning and come back before 04.00 PM. Do not go at night time because the road at night is full of danger.
• If you go by motorbike, a manual transmission is better than an automatic transmission.
• Do not swim on the lake in Tuyet Tinh Coc. The lake is quite deep, and its bottom is full of sharp rocks, so swimming on the lake is extremely dangerous.
• Be careful when taking photos on the side of the lake or you might slip and fall into the deep water.
• If you want to go camping near Tuyet Tinh Coc, you need to bring your own food and drink.
• Keep the environment clean. Do not throw your trash in the area of Tuyet Tinh Coc.
