Hanna Tran Hanna Tran | Updated October 16, 2026

Bánh dừa nướng are small coconut cakes: a dough of butter, sugar, egg yolks, milk, flour and grated coconut, rolled into balls, coated in more coconut and grilled. The grated coconut gives them a crispy cover, while the inside stays soft. They’re easy to make and work as a snack for kids and everyone else in the family.
