About the Tour
The two-day trip from Hanoi do not start in the normal Halong pier, but you can still experience the bay by different way through Lan Ha Bay. This special program is really suitable for those who love kayaking and discover the new experiences. Sleeping on a private fishing boat (with deluxe cabin) will give you such a typical feeling of an explorer.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
Hanoi – Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay (L/D)
Our tour begins when we pick you up at your hotels in Hanoi at around 6:00 and head to HaiPhong city for a scheduled hydrofoil to Cat Ba Island. Enjoying a delicious lunch upon arrival in Cat Ba Island, we will then board on a traditional junk for a visit around the unique floating villages in Lan Ha Bay and observe the daily activities of the locals. After learning basic paddle strokes and padding routes from the kayaking guide, you’ll grab the paddle and start kayaking through the beautiful scenery of Lan Ha Bay as well as to discover the Dark Cave and Bat Cave.
You will then come back to the junk to tranfer to Cat Ba Monkey Island Resort for relaxing and swimming among the quiet sea, enjoy dinner in the open air.

Day 2
Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Hanoi (B/L)
Don’t miss the chance to wake up in the early morning and enjoy the fresh air of the sea. Breakfast will be served right then. After that, we will continue cruising to the Three Tunnel Lagoon and Cave for kayaking and exploring the incredible scenery of the bay (if tide permitted).
Lunch will be served on the Three Peach Island which is embraced by really beautiful beaches with crystal water and white sand.
You will then head back to Cat Ba for a hydrofoil boat ride back to HaiPhong. Our car will pick you up and drive you back to Hanoi. This Lan Ha Bay insight tour ends at around 17:00.
