Trekking in A Roang A Luoi Tour 2 Days and 1 Night

8:00: The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel, then you will move to A Luoi District on 49 National Highway. On the route, you will catch a glimpse of the beautiful countryside where the Ko Tu and Ta Oi ethnic minorities live. 

10:00: After a 2-hour drive, you will reach A Luoi Town. Then the car will go on a small road and head to Hamburger Hill ("Doi Thit Bam" in native language). This is a historical spot which is of great importance during the Vietnam War of May 1969. From the mountain foot, you can embark on a sight-seeing trek to reach the top of the mountain. While passing through the forest, you can take several photos of surrounding landscapes as well as the old airport.

12:00: It's time to trek back and enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.

15:00: The tour will be followed by visiting a local market, and then transfer to Aka Achi Village - the home of the Ta Oi ethnic group. Here you can have a deeper understanding of their lifestyle by wandering around to witness cooking, weaving and agricultural activities. Next, you will pay a short visit to a local school.

16:00: Getting to A Roang, you will first check in the stilt house. After that, you can spend some time relaxing at A Roang Hot Spring. Soaking in warm mineral water is likely to dispel the fatigue and freshen yourself up.

18:00: After a long day, you will savor your meal with the host and locals.

19:00: The post-dinner time would be highlighted by the Ta Oi ethnic culture show. At the communal house, visitors and locals can sing and dance together. Traditional music of Ta Oi people and mutual interaction among people will totally engross you.
