Hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaim liability for the inaccuracies related to hotel information, tours information, automobile and other product descriptions published on this website. Changes are periodically added, and accordingly www.Vietnamdiscovery.com  will make improvements and/or changes on the website. All reservations are subject to the usual terms and conditions and contract of the owner or operator of the services involved.

4. RESERVATION

To make online your reservation (Hotel, visa or tour), click on the “Search” box at www.Vietnamdiscovery.com , or call (+84) 989 383 767, or email the following information to support@vietnamdiscovery.com :

• Your full name (as it appears on your credit card if you pay by credit card)

• Your nationality

• The exact starting date of the trip you prefer

• Accommodation type you would require

• The payment method you would choose (your credit card details)

• Number of adults, and number of children (noted with ages) accompanied (if any)

The reservation is effective only when you inform us your reservation information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will send the confirmation voucher to you.

Processing time:

Normally, your reservation will be processed right after we receive your deposit payment confirmation. If your online reservation is made on National holidays or at weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the booking will be processed until the day after. Thus, in this case, kindly call us at our hotline (+84) …… to ensure the availability.

4.1. Rates

• Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars. (Should you need to change the rate into VND, you can click the converter symbol beside the rate, your VND rate will appear.) The room rates are for double or single occupancy, the tour rates depend on accommodation types and other request, including 15% value added taxes (VAT) and service fee.

• No refund can be made in respect of accommodation, meals or sightseeing tours which are includes in the tour fare but not utilized by the guest for any reason whatsoever.

• Most hotels room rates include meal plan. If hotels quote the room rate with breakfasts at a package price, the hotel will not refund you breakfast’s cost whatever you use it or not.

• The rates exclude extra guest/children charges and expenses of a personal nature such as food and drink, laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.

4.2. Currency converter

Currency rates are based on the available source published on our website and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but www.Vietnamdiscovery.com  does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. We do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and prohibit to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

5. PAYMENT

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

By making a reservation with a hotel or a tour at www.Vietnamdiscovery.com, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policy of that hotel/tour. Please be kindly informed that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s and tour operator’s cancellation and refund policy. Hence, we recommend that you carefully read our company’s regulations for both hotel and tour cancellation and refund

6.1. The cancellation and refund policy of hotel booking is available here for your reference.

6.2. The cancellation and refund policy for tour reservation are as follows: Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival:

- Cancellation made after booking confirmation will be charged 10% of the deposit

- Between 45 and 60 days prior to first day arrival - Loss of deposit

- Between 30 and 44 days prior to trip departure - 50% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater

- Between 15 and 29 days prior to trip departure - 70% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater

- Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost (Including no-shows or cancellation after the departure date)

The specific cancellation and refund policy of each service is clearly published at the service voucher sent to you after payment via email. Please be reminded to read through carefully before coming to Vietnam for your trip.

Please note that certain rates or special promotions are not applicable for cancellation or change. If you wish to review your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. If you wish to delay-modify-extend-cancel the hotel/cruise booking please inform us as soon as possible via email (support@vietnamdiscovery.com) or fax (+84) 437 925 081
