Overview of Vinh City in Nghe An province

Located in the northern half of Vietnam, Vinh is the capital of Nghe An province, holding a key position on the route between the northern and southern parts of the country. Its unique position draws much attention of any ages. Surrounded by the rivers and mountains, close to the East Sea, Vinh is the meeting point place of humane and natural potential as well as the cream of Nghe Region.
