Ta Van is located in Lao Cai province, about 5 kilometers from Sapa town. Ta Van village, which is home to the Giay ethnic minority group, is situated within the area of Muong Hoa valley. Normally, when booking a trekking tour to Muong Hoa valley, tourists will trek through Ta Van and Lao Chai village. Ta Van is also a popular stop for those who would like to experience a memorable home stay in a local Giay people’s house and share the dinner with them as a member of their family. Ta Van village is set within a picturesque valley with amazing natural landscape and friendly local people. The area is well-known for its colorful ethnic minorities.
