Introducing Quy Nhon

Qui Nhon city is well known for its beautiful surroundings, Cham temples, and long beaches. The city is an ideal place for those who want to break up a journey between Nha Trang and Hoi An.

Qui Nhon has the coastline of 42 km in length with sandy beaches, various seafood resources and other natural products. Its natural area approximates 284 km2 with population more than 268 thousand people. The city is divided into 21 administrative units (16 wards and 5 communes) including 04 islands, peninsula and a mountain commune. Nowadays it becomes an industry city of Central Region.

Topography and climate

The topography of Quy Nhon varies with mountains, plains, coastal dunes, and islands. Its climate has two distinct seasons: dry and rainy season. The dry one is from March to December and the rainy season lasts from October to February. The average annual temperature is about 24.5 00C.

Tourism

Quy Nhon, a coastal city and a resort area, attracts thousands of visitors annually. Tourism becomes a key industry of this city thanks to its ideal weather conditions, long coastline, large and small islands, many beautiful beaches, a lot of scenic spots and historical relics.
